1. London day went on being pear-shaped, but worked out. National Art Fund memshp, first known here via Vicky - invaluable.
2. Anni Albers bkg that hadn't. More Pete Tong.
Should just about manage it before(a) it closes end Jan 19 (b) &'s longer absence.
3. Being warm, watered, wined, fed, safe - none of which is automatic.
4. Sudden fierce, strong wind pushed & into road in East London, after Tate Britain fiasco+3 buses to next point, but that meant a steadying arm, a stop, and a sign reading: 'Carol Concert today: 1pm, join us'. Did:-). Great to sing again. St John's, Stratford: tough call, many many great peeps, inc. local police, all actively involved. Made & feel spirit of great, late Tony Banks approving and present. Certainly much needed in current times.
5. Lots shared, NOT off-loaded, yesterday. Gave all I had. Thinking.

Marmalade now on for final fast boil.
Last pre- crimbo Spitalfields prep. awaits - in persistent, cold, steady rain. Hope last week's special request peeps return tmrw for the Jandrell bowl and the Jutta map asked for.
Both had seen them, but & was busy with others at time apparently. They opted to catch & last Thursday, when & had not brought them down.... etcetera.

& Please avoid goggle thing. It makes money on the back of other people’s talent and tracks you. Avoid.
V Raffles who has been on decent proper foods this weakened and yesterday left his cat dish alone, this morning was wanting all of it and more! That is another thing when you provide proper food, the cats also love it. Got it?
4 Only 90 days now until BoP is readied for Fisherman’s Wharf. More later, but for now and so you can be affected, BoP is inn the gym tonight getting beach ready!
3 Fires are damping down at the mill and soon the shovels will be laid against the furnace door. But in the meantime, BoP has a rocky time, and inn the lunch box today we has the usual, cucumber, toms, cheese, orange, slime jelly with strawbs and berries. Today three cakes of Jaffa and a Rocky! There, that is why it is rocky!
2 Nite after the trimming inn the gym, BoP will be into the gooners again!
Not having one today!
Besides, I did say …0 -

Bedtime.
Baking fails this morning. The new oven has an annoying hotspot at the back. Cupcakes became trifle base.
Had been asked to bake for GN skating show after party so made some easy things.
Delivered some cards.
Read for a wee while.
Friends over for dinner. Made pasta and a pavlova.0 -

I have just found the 4 crackers (m&s) that we have left over from last year, purchased the year before at 75% off. So that's 2 years worth of decent chrismas crackers for 4 people at £6.25 !! I thought they had gone missing!!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

Pleasures for today (Wednesday).
1) Not a bad sleep.
2) Hens OK together - no fresh blood, at least! Put more anti peck spray on Suzy.
3) Went to Ludlow where bigger son took his mountain bike for a long ride and I went round the charity shops. He had his hair cut at the chattiest barber's ever.
4) Stove going OK now the rope has been replaced. Lit it at 4pm and the temperature downstairs was 27 degrees by teatime!
5) Tasty tea of steak and ale pie with roast veg. Pineapple for pudding.0 -
Good morning,
Had to get up, and sit up, as I have developed an annoying cough.
Wednesday
1. Steam cleaned half the bathroom.
2. Walked up and down local high street. Posted a parcel, mooched in a couple of Charity shops and left donation bag in BHF. Left recycling at W8rose. Rewarded myself with festive hot chocolate in Costa, with voucher.
3. Made KFC fake away for tea.
4. Sampling HM Advocaat.
5. Caught up on Kirsties Christmas programme and watched the last of a George Clarke series.
Have a lovely day0 -
& Google thing. The one that put trackers into in apps on iPhone, and continues to track people with on android phones and websites. It is also against new talent on its various platforms, where it places advertising, sometimes against the will of the producer, to make money, yet does not pay producers. AVOID. I do not have a google account. At least with Duck Duck Go, it does not report your searches and with Bing, you can delete your search history easily.
There is a court case about this at the moment!
V Was fantastic in the trimming gym last night and BoP is on curse to be more than beach ready for the surf! More soon!
4 Fires are nearly out at the mill for the year, just some dusting of the shovels to do in the morning!
3 Got the new boiler room starter set up with his shovel, with no thanks to the software types. He is just helping damp down the fires the now!
2 Night BoP is having snorker dogs, then strawbs and berries with a min meringue thing. Proper foods again! Oh and a rocky in the Lunch Box!
No need to have one today, I can build them up!
More Play, no work ...0
