Pleasures for today (Monday)
1) Not a bad sleep.
2) Watched 2 foxes at the bottom of the garden.
3) Went to art class. We did insects today.
4) Had a quick tidy.
5) Chatted to my colleague at work who also supports our team. Then I was restocking and standing next to me was one of the players! So I had a chat and said, "See you tomorrow night!"
6) I had narrowly missed Ampersand but smaller son is walking round in the slippers she knitted him.
7) Watched the quizzes on BBC2.6 -
It's always fun reading about everyone's little joys! As for me, today’s been good:
1) had a good sleep (went to bed earlier yesterday)
2) had a solid workout
3) caught up with an old friend over coffee
4) looked through the Wembley Stadium reviews since I’m planning to visit soon
5) enjoyed a quiet evening with a good book.8 -
I need to get back in the habit of posting daily.
Popped to the post office to post something off.
Fish cakes and leftover rice for dinner.
We popped into pets at home to try some pet's remedy for an issue with hormones here, they are coming into season so will need the vet visit, but we’ve had a stray arrive who is very in season and it’s causing a stir with the others.

For yesterday,
Into horsey town and while I was there picked up our latest little treat from emporium, a bottle of posh OJ. We don’t normally drink it but do love a freebie ☺️Stripped the chicken and popped the carcass in the SC to make stock, C dog has now cottoned on to the fact that she gets the meat plate so cue much happy dancing around the kitchen.
With my horse, they had been out and she had clearly been kicking up her heels if her mud splattered belly was anything to go by 🙈
Tea was a chicken & apple bake.
The fallout from the Ashes continues and now Sir Jimmy has weighed in, listened to the podcast.7 -

Quick home to get my work stuff and then headed into town to meet family number 4 ! Another lovely family.
And home ever so briefly with enough time to have a sandwich and then headed into back out again! For ouchy ouch massage .
And then I’m home and I ain’t going back out and I’m not writing tonight. It can wait till tomorrow! It’s gone colder again here after a couple of slightly milder days and nights so I think it will be an early night with hot water bottles!8 -

For yesterday,
Running errands in the morning including a new feed bowl for C dog after we left hers at DSS’, found one in reduced section of pet store.
Filled the mini up with petrol and the pump price had dropped.
Wet day and the horses were in again so had a tidy up session, trimmed the feathers on girlie’s legs and sorted out her beard which lets face it no lady should sport!
Found a forgotten bag of wine gums in the glovebox.
We lit one of our festive presents, a candle with a crackling wick and a lovely scent.7
