S Sue. - good to see you. I hope you can get to see a doctor and get some help. It's not good when everything wears you out.
Had a great weekend.
Met DD and partner for breakfast on Saturday, then had a nice lazy afternoon.
Visited DS and family Sunday morning. Played a sort of improvised badminton with DGC until shuttlecock went sailing into next door! Then changed to a sort of volleyball. Was exhausted by the time we went home. DH meanwhile had chatted to DS and DDiL!
And then woke at 5 this morning with vertigo! I've had it before but this was bad! Thankfully it's gradually wearing off and I now just feel dizzy if I move my head. Looks like a day of doing very little!

Looking very good, PaulieHerts.
Pleasures for today (Monday)
1) Not a bad sleep.
2) Had a really good haul from the charity shops. Years ago, Orla Kiely did a limited edition of coffee jars and we bought one (with the orange flowers) as only bigger son likes coffee. Today I found the green and yellow, both £1.50. They look good all together. Then I looked at them on Ebay and a complete set goes for between £30 and £100 !! Later in the day I found a green White Stuff top, a red and orange White Stuff dress and a Red Herring grey t shirt with a strawberry pattern.
3) Lost 3 lbs so that is 1 stone 5 gone now.
4) Cleared out both wardrobes with a pile for the charity shop and a pile for the textile recycling place. I can get into a smaller size now so unearthed some things that hadn't fit for a while. The charity shop finds have been washed and are drying on the radiators. It is a monsoon outside.
5) Watched the last episodes of Derry Girls. I was surprised how upset I was by the last episode. I think it's because the characters in it were a year younger than me so all the fashions and music were very familiar. And the watching the Peace Process on the television.
6) Waiting for the next episode of Hunted!9 -
PM2DD Voice has broken. Curse words have bean spoken. #UTM
I work from home so my cat can be fed on demand!7 -
frith I'm up to episode 3 of series 3 derry girls, will watch another tonight as no footie unlike today...
1) deanery day so lovely walk in
2) today was the day our lovely MBChBs get their introductory day for foundation years - my ex colleague's wife works for the medical union and was there, indeed her company had paid for the pizza for lunch
3) my boss was giving a 90 minute talk so I came down when it was finishing and walked over to our old office with her - good to catch up, good to get some exercise, and good to miss the rain!
4) lovely walk home, supper and out for
5) St Johnstone Inverness 2nd leg at the end of which I asked if we could switch over to BT1 so we got to see all of ET admiral - you had everyone rooting for the marinerslovely chat as always being walked home with DrM sigh
