Oh a Bearskin for yous
A view of Rockport from the last BoP on Tour. This is Bearskin Neck. Like St Ives but not as stuffy. BoP had his breakfast here and loads of tea! Well I refuses to drink coffee. Mum BoP tried it once when I was about knee high to a grasshopper and gets her what fours!
Jenny sends her buzz to all
Oi, Ms DogWalker. Get you backside back here, GOT IT?
No Friths, Jimmy the cook! Dear me!
Dog's Paddling Pool! Had me inn stitches! Polite version!
Now withs yous version of Life of BoP
Was at the A1D! the otehr day and again mystified that those who wear gloves and mask has already got an immunity? Well again, I saw three masked up and gloved, pick up a trolley and join the queue. Not one of them had wipe the trolley. So as I did my shop, wiping the handle and sanitising my hand, I loaded up BoP's motor and returned my trolley! New customer rolls up, gloves on and mask. Takes the trolley I had just used, ignorant to me sanitising my hands and walks to the queue. A few years back when BoP did his social things, foster and yuffs club, |I had to visit the quack every three months for another shot at the HepB vaccine! How did the person who wore gloves that took the trolley I had just used, know that I am not a carrier of HepB? Why, I hear you ask?
Well, when I served and when I was out in Kharj in 1990, although I had been trained in decontam drills, we had to make bloody sure we knows how to do it for real! I ponder whether the one who took my trolley understood that unless you enforce yourself strict rules about handwashing and cleaning, decontaminating things, than I can guess that he never has, or considered that everything you bring into your safe house also has to be cleaned?
So next time you wear gloves, bring everything into your house, put into straight the cupboard, then take off your gloves. You hands were not affected! Yet you do not know that I am not a carrier? But all the goods you have just bought in, could indeed now have what I left on my trolley!
But I did see him wipe his face and adjust his mask!
Watched another flix last nite. Diamonds are Forever. I knows, a Bond. Old Ian like his gambling in his stories, casino and circus circus. He won again, but I does like Blofelds cat! Wobbleades were consumed with three cheeses.
Raffles, The Terminator, has adopted a Stealth mode. Today after we fed him unfortunately removed our local blue tit from the pool! Bloody pest he has bin this weak. And inn the photo from the protector of cats website he looked so innocent! They do not do refunds. He has sorted out the weather for the BBQ this day!
Watching the cricket, another finals day! Good thing is I knows when the wicket falls! Wonder if Lancashire can do it this time. When this one was on, BoPsie and mes where in New York, Radio City watching a Beatle!
Well that is all for the day!
BoP continued to get injections of HepB. I never have built up an immunity!

Worried about Flo the Crow..........haven't seen her for days.
However, my little fox has raided the bin again. Chicken bones were put in there last night. I did advise against it. Her sense of smell must be phenomenal.
Received an old photo of my family from an old friend. Delighted. She also sent a lovely scarf with horses. She knows my heart.
And then........a birthday card from my learning disabled brother. It's not my birthday but he wanted to thank me for something.......
And more 'then'............... my postie who has been re-routed popped in to see Tiggy and I as I had been asking about his well being. Socially distanced in the front garden of course............
My niece is getting up at the crack of dawn to go on walks with my Mum. She is a sociable little girl and loves meeting the dog walkers. Mum was telling me how impressed she has been with people following the guidelines to the letter.
So a week of contact albeit concentrated around our postal system.
Have a wonderful day

Pleasures for today (Saturday)
1) A lie in.
2) Bigger son went for a bike ride with my brother.
3) I looked out of my bedroom window this a.m and saw a very young blue tit flying backwards and forwards (not very steadily) between the bay tree and a rose. Then it lurched onto the top of the fence and was fed by a parent. Then it suddenly took off and flew straight onto my windowsill, looked very surprised, perched for a minute and flew away!
4) Had a cup of tea in my parents' garden.
5) Made a roast dinner.
6) Bigger son is planning to cycle around the world.
7) Did the virtual pub quiz.
8) Smaller son made a tray of fairy cakes.

Hello. A very late night for me. Just in from being at boss’ house to celebrate almost one year. We sat in garden for a barbecue.Up early this morning and over the fields with dog just after 6am and already warm.At supermarket for just after seven and very disappointed that it was busy...it’s usually very quiet. Then drove into town for M&S and there was already a queue before it was opened and then an even bigger queue behind me and then when I left an even bigger queue!Home and then round to mums. Just a quick stop to check all was well.
nice walk home though getting warmer. Made a nice lunch as friend and drawers coming for lunch, in the garden. A nice afternoon of chatter and laughter. Them in the sun and me in the shade! Then they left and it was time to shower and get ready and try on several outfits that didn’t quite fit! Blooming lockdown!Beautiful extravagantly flouncy peonies.Sunshine but a breeze.
Friendship and laughter.
Cake. Finally getting self raising flour! Hurrah! First I’ve seen since March.16
