Last three days were really good but today was terrible.
I'm a definite stress eater.
Some idiot took a whole section of fencing out as they obviously misjudged a sharp bend which left a huge gap for the animals to escape onto the road. Fortunately nothing was in that field today but I had already reached for a 200gm block of chocolate so the damage was done.0 -
Morning all
Thank you for adding me to the weight loss chart knitwitch
Back to work today and I am glad in one respect as it means that I am back to a routine but today I am on a course which I feel will be a bit like teaching grandma to suck eggs but hey ho I may get something out of it.
Food wise I have the following planned:
Breakfast: two egg mushroom and tomato omlette with a wee bit cheese (254 cals)
lunch: Bernard M chicken tikka, 2 x satsuma and a yoghurt (287 cls)
Dinner: home made pizza (cals to be worked out when making it)
Snack: Apricot belvita breakfast bars (201 cals)
I have 758 cals left for my pizza tonight so fingers crossed that will be enough. I may do a tortilla one if I don't.
Hope everyone stays safe in the high winds forecast for today.0 -
ZIPPIDIDOODAH,!!! 1 lb off[/. That brings me down into the next stone to be tackled. First time for nearly thirty years that I have registered under 12 stones..
Upwards and onwards. Or rather, downwards and onwards.
Can't concentrate on what I will eat today but I promise not to celebrate with food.
Hope you are feeling a little better today Knit Witch and that there are no more shocks in store.
ETA: RATS! I thought I had the colour problem licked. Apparently not.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Good morning everyone :hello:
zafiro, what a horrible thing to happen, thank goodness you didn't lose any of your animals xx
Knit Witch, I totally sympathise with your predicament. My DLA award is going to migrate to PIP sometime soon and I will probably lose my money too. Hope you will appeal and win xx
Welcome Maisie M, hope you get something out of your course even if it's just a nice buffet lunchxx
Sirens, how are you finding SW? I didn't get it for a while but it just seems to have clicked this time round xx
My food today looks like this:
b - none
l - ham omelette and salad
d - lamb tagine and couscous with broccoli and green beans
s - fruit and milk for teas
Hope you are all wrapped up warm against the high winds and have a great day whatever you are up to. Take care all xx0 -
Needed to do a bit of maths with my up and down weight, however, I'm surprised to say 2lb loss
Just going off to help move all the demolished wood from yesterday - think positive - it will go in the wood burner - think negative - need to buy some more posts and rails to mend the gap and they're not cheap.0 -
