    Good morning everyone

Just popping on to record my meals. It's very quiet on here, hope you are all off enjoying yourself somewhere nice :).

My food today will look like this:

b - bacon and egg sarnie cooked by my beloved
l - roast lamb, spring greens, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and a baked potato with gravy
d - hopefully I will be too full to eat more than a bowl of chicken and vegetable soup
s - fruit and milk for teas

Well my breakfast is ready so I will love you and leave you, take care xx

It's my WI day tomorrow so I sneaked on to the scales this morning to see how I was doing. I have about half a pound to go before I can honestly record a loss so today will be another fast day.

    Br: baby yoghurt.

Lunch. 1 slice of toast and 2 poached eggs. SF jelly.

    Fingers crossed.

At last - a tiny weight loss of .4 lbs BUT...........technically it's a lot more. Let me explain.

The other week all fruit Thursday went out the window, replaced by eat a lot of cr4p Thursday evening! Sunday evening wasn't much better, swiftly followed by not much better Monday. To be fair I was hospital visiting, father in law in hospital and I had taken mum in for visiting, not a good day. Soooo, I started the week off having gained about 3 lbs, not happy.
I really tried hard, back to eating fruit in the evening when I was peckish instead of biscuits or cake or crisps ( sometimes all three!) , proper all fruit Thursday this week, lots of walking etc. And it's worked! Let's hope I can keep it up.
So there you go, overall a small loss, in total with the gains and losses a massive amount! My problem seems to be picking in the evening, I'm busy in the daytime so I don't think about it but in the evening it's too easy. I've started knitting again to keep myself busy and so far it's working.
    Happy Sunday everyone. X

    Hi all

Thank you for the warm welcomes. I apologise for not posting yesterday but I had some sad news and everything kind of went to pot!!

So new day today so far I have had 2 x wholemeal rolls and bacon with mushrooms. I normally have a good breakfast on a Sunday and then have a snack for lunch (today I will have some fruit) and then my dinner. Still to decide what to have for dinner at the moment.

    Hello All

Well my biscuit picking Wednesday spiralled into a whole 3 days of eating all in sight (sigh) so am giving myself a good talking to and trying to right all the damage I've done. I'm not expecting a loss this Tuesday when I weigh in put will have to suck it up as I let myself 'cheer myself up' with food. It's funny how the slightest bump can steer us to food?

Hello dumpling I'm also following Slimming World diet I am on a dr referral 12 week course about half way through had lost a stone in 6 weeks (although may have to recant some of that!)

B 4 crumpets with olive spread and marmite
D roast beef, roast pot, 1 Yorkshire, honeyed parsnips, carrot & swede mash, cabbage and sprouts.

    Hi all

Could I join you please. I would like to lose 1 stone to begin with and given that it is 10 weeks to my last weigh in before xmas I think this should be doable.

I am doing MFP and am just finishing my October holidays so will be happily going back to the routine of work on Monday. Weighed myself this morning and am 15st 4.5lbs which at 5' 5" is very overweight. A stone before Xmas would be great.

I have just had my birthday and my 50th is next year so I would really like to lose as much as I can before then, ideally at least 5 stone 4.5lbs.

    thanks

I've added you Maisie M and welcome to the thread!
