    Morning All
    Well was naughty at the weekend and had takeaway, fish and chips, and it was lovely! I also made some strawberry yoghurt brownies but managed to restrain my self to two.
    So surprised with a loss of -2lb just hope it doesn't pop back on next week.

    Just calling in to say Hi....I am over the shingles....but have just been put on another drug with the main side effect being weight gain.
    I feel a bit despairing...the lovely Dr says I still need to lose weight!!....eat less, sayeth she!....

    When I am feeling able , I shall rejoin the challenge...in the meantime...Go You!...You are amazing!
