I need to concentrate, too many distractions at the moment, weight not moving but I know exactly why...... overeating - mainly icecream :(

Same here on the ice cream Zafiro1984 :o
How long is it since we had a lovely long summer which warranted regular ice cream? Doesn't happen every year!
And half price special offer at the SM too.

Apart from the ice cream, I'm doing okay!

That hokey-cokey pound has gone again, so 1lb loss for me this week please knitwitch. Bet it comes back next week! However, on Monday I walked to town and back in the morning, then walked to the swimming pool and back in the afternoon, (swam 28 lengths whilst I was there) total 5 1/2 miles walked, so gonna try and do the same next week.
I've helped a friend with 2 separate house moves over the weekend, so lots of lugging stuff around. We're cleaning her flat tomorrow and loading up the last of the boxes etc tomorrow, so another busy day. Oh and also a lot of time helping with tiling at my daughter's new place and balancing on a ladder cleaning two massive windows. Sunday will be a day off hopefully!
    Happy Friday everyone x

1lb loss this week. Managing to curtail the snacks and keep away from the dreaded chocolate!
