Good day today, no snacking. I've been craving fat over the last few days, so unfortunately I've had several slices of bread and butter which weren't planned.
L- egg salad apple- a sort of veg pizza using a small wrap as a base, no sugar jelly and some frozen fruit plus a couple of tablespoonfuls of Greek yogurt.
Plenty to drink mainly water plus a couple of coffees. I've discovered fruit teas at breakfast time, favourites being rose petal or peach, they are quite sweet tasting although they have no sugar in them, expensive but I only use half a teaspoon in a teapot.0 -

Another reasonable day. I resisted the chocolate flapjacks that someone made and brought over.
L:- a repeat of yesterday's egg salad plus an icecream- one roasted chicken thigh, including the skin which I know I should remove but it's the tastiest bit, a bit of stuffing and salad, followed by jelly, and fruit plus a couple of tablespoons of greek yogurt.

1lb loss which is a miracle and I totally don't deserve it. I need my focus back.

Checking in with a loss -3lb
I'm really pleased with that but I'm expecting a gain next week as is ds birthday on Thursday and there will be cake and nice food over the weekend :eek:
I will have to try and restrain myself as best I can
