Not a good day

Lunch cheese, biscuits:- we had a friend stop by
Dinner:- leftover venison and veg: that was ok but I've decided to use up some store things so pudding was pears from the freezer topped with 'crumble' made from some muesli, oats, flour and sugar

L - HM veg soup

T - LO curry and cauliflower rice

I've gained 2lbs
I've been signed off work with stress for the past two weeks, so that may be contributing. I'm not necessarily eating my stress away, but my daily exercise built into my working day has taken a hit.
