    Hi Knitwitch, thank you for the 2.2 lb weight loss, but unfortunately it isn't mine! I think it's Carmen's; she lost 1 kg (2.2lbs)?

    Anyway, I think it's STS for me, going for that anyway! Back in the swing of normal life after my holiday, life goes on.

    -1lb this week. Should have been more but I had an indulgent weekend. Back on the wagon today. X
  • I have about 10 different types of frozen veg as I never know which I want on a particular day BUT I love to buy "fresh" veg even though I know that unless you grow your own then the frozen is fresher. I love to prep fresh (silly O know) but then end up freezing a lot - carrots/cauli etc because there is too much so frozen all the way for us singletons/oldies.
