Well done, what a good beginning!

First day today, have to keep reminding myself!

Have been shopping to replenish the veg which went off when I was ill last week. Saw a pack of steamed beetroots which I fancied, but the pack was so big it would have done 5/6 meals, so didn't buy, would have had to eat them at every meal! Guess I'll stick to beetroot in a jar :)

I live alone now, and find that veg gets a bit boring because I buy 3 varieties then have to eat those every day. It goes off too quickly to buy more variety. First world problem lol!

Anyone sussed the best way to buy veg as a single?

    And expensive....one apple was 64p!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

Finding that Flavoured Water is so handy in this weather. I dilute it with tap water. Half Flavoured water topped up with tap water. It seems to help me resist the bad stuff. Don't know if it's hot weather but seldom feel like eating anything until mid morning.
Teamwork means.......never having to take all the blame yourself ;)

Likewise carebabe, I seem to have my days all turned around with the heat! (roll on getting back to normal :rotfl:)
