1lb loss for me. Just a small drop in the ocean but every little helps.

A 3lb loss for me.
Hard work but my DH has decided to join in, not that he needs to lose much, but now no chocolate or biscuits in the house (I did buy a pk of biscuits - ones a don't like - for the dog as treats).
yesterday
Lunch:- leftover HM fresh pea soup, apple & half a pear (DH plus 2 bread rolls)
Dinner:- venison casserole, loads of added veg to casserole, asparagus, french beans, cauliflower, broccoli. Cooked cherries in a little (and I mean little ) brandy, DH cream, me no fat yogurt.
How's the book going Knit Witch. I did read the reviews on Amazon, it sounds interesting, especially her take on yo-yo dieting as I've done that all my life.0 -

Lovely morning today. Hope everyone is feeling up-beat.
Yesterday
L:- 2 eggs salad, apple, half a pear (pear was a bit woody)- left over venison casserole from the night before plus more veg, 1oz cheese, a few walnuts and apple. one large glass wine.
Jumped on the scales this morning, a tiny loss, at least it's heading in the right direction. Off to feed the hens, finish a bed on the veg plot and see if there is any veg worth picking for tonight.0
