Hello everyone. I would love to join in this challenge. I'm bored of plugging everything into myfitnesspal as it takes so long when you eat homecooked foods. I know this challenge is winding up but I'd love to be included with a 3lb desired loss if you will have me. X0

Hello everyone :hello:
I have finally started to get my act together over the past few days despite the universe deciding it hates me and wants to make my life as stressful as it can . The one thing I can control is what I eat so I have managed to spend a few days being very careful and I am delighted to report a 3lb loss.
I am using myfitnesspal to record my meals and also trying very hard to be more conscious of what carbs I am eating. I had some rice earlier and my blood sugar shot up to 17.1 and is now only coming back down after 4 hours. I will have cauliflower rice in the future and will be looking for more substitutes of that ilk.
My lovely daughter has offered to take me to Aldi once a week, I am not too familiar with the store but I have heard very good things about it and I am looking forward to saving some money too.
Hope you all have a good weekend, take care xx0 -
STS again for me Knitwitch. Off on my holiday later, hoping it will be as hot and steamy as it was last time we went. Will report back.
Hugs to everyone, see you in 2 weeks.
Happy Saturday everyone x0 -
Hi all,
1.5 lb weight loss this week. Three gym sessions and averaging 20,000 steps a day seems to have done the trick. Oh how my legs ache though!

Have been fairly well behaved this week although I do succumb to one of dd homemade biscuits when I got in from work, also it is our takeaway day tomorrow and I am really looking forwards to fish and chips.....'You have brains in your head.
