Hello everyone. I would love to join in this challenge. I'm bored of plugging everything into myfitnesspal as it takes so long when you eat homecooked foods. I know this challenge is winding up but I'd love to be included with a 3lb desired loss if you will have me. X

Not a problem Chloris (sorry I am late answering but I have had a migraine for a few days)

Migrane is SO horrible....poor you, get better soon.

The array of meds I have been given are keeping me bearably comfortable...so I hope to go back to weight management on the next challenge.
The antiviral meds make me feel a bit sick but then DH is making yummy things to "tempt your appetite as you're poorly" !

I listened to Dr Chatterlees most recent podcast and signed up for the app about circadian rhythms which is related to research in the States....ordered the book too. I will report back......

As for all you heros who are really doing the weight management thing right now...well, you are a real inspiration...

The migraine has pretty much gone - thank you :j:j:j (for 24 hours I couldn't see a thing and then it gradually came back as the pain diminished :o:o:o)

I have been reading (and following) Jean Antonello's Naturally Thin - or how to break the Famine/Feast of dieting! So I haven't lost any more (yet) but she says that once your body realises that you won't starve it again you can start to lose (fingers crossed :rotfl:)

I need to drop those snacks but they keep me from straying too far. X
