Smaller plates would be a good start. Also, strangely enough, smaller cutlery. Try using a desert fork and knife, it slows up the rate at which you can shovel food in.
Klew:- Welcome and I certainly agree with Monnagram.
Monday:- a veg salad at lunchtime, another one for dinner with 3 hard boiled eggs.
I searched the supermarket shelves for tasty but low cal salad dressings, quite successful as some came in at 9-11 cal per 15ml or one tablespoon.
Tuesday:- something went ping in my knee, can't walk without crutches, doctors appt, x-ray arranged, I can't believe what has happened this year to me healthwise and it's only June.
Didn't feel like lunch,
Dinner:- salad plus a couple of slices of venison and some of my new found tasty dressing, two chocolate chip biscuits - there were three but I gave the dog one :A
Hopeful for a good loss at my weekly weigh-in0 -
I have had great difficulty with salad dressing, I tend to try to use just vinegar, but I adore mayonnaise and salad cream, 15 grams is an utterly pathetic amount but .I am getting used to using much less.

Not got off to a great start. Got hijacked at work by chocolate (honest!), and it's blowing an absolute gale so don't think I'll be able to get out on my bike tonight.
