6 weeks in...
B - yoghurt and berries
L - HM soup
T - pie, chips, mushy peas. Many small chocolate tarts. Bought cakes. Flapjacks in the oven. What is WRONG with me?! Got a massive headache now. :-(0 -
Didn't I feel rough after that lot yesterday!
Today:
B - sausages, 1 fried egg, few baked beans
L - none - 3.5 hour round trip to get my new ex battery hens :-D
T - Shewarma chicken on cauliflower rice with pomegranate, cucumber, tomato and radish with a lemon yoghurt sauce.0 -
Just an update....hand clinic next week, also got a pulled muscle in my ribs so not sleeping....
Very fed up up that the longest days are slipping away so the longer hikes might not be possible for another year....it will take at least 4 weeks to get fit again after the pain has gone.
I have sewn a dress and have started a toile for a top...I am a beginner and have to practise everything.
I am trying very hard to eat sensibly but DH has been pass -riding and the house is awash with white carbs!
Today...
B. Hm gooseberry crumble with yog....topping made with mixed flakes grain s and hazelnuts..and just a little sugar.
D. Roast chicken with everything, white wine, hm ice cream.
DH will probably have a snack
I have a smaller plate.
Now to have a walk with my strapped up ankle, wearing a wrist support!! It will be very hot this afternoon so I must go now.

A small loss of * 0.5 lbs to report. Happy to take that, any loss is good!
Have taken out gym membership this week - 2 spinning classes done and have gym induction tomorrow. Need to keep this weight off!!!

STS for me again. I was hoping to be a bit less 'mum tum' and more 'beach body ready' by next week, not gonna happen methinks.
Off on our holidays next Saturday, going back to The Seychelles one last time. My friend is finishing work there this year, so gotta take the chance whilst we can! Can't wait.0
