My weight has been yoyoing up and down faster than a harlot's knickers but I think I'm just about back to where we left off.
Could you put me down for 5 lbs please KnitWitch.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Thanks Knit Witch. I need to make more of an effort for the next challenge I think. Please would you put me down for 5 lbs. I'm still doing C25k running (or what passes for running in my world) and I seem to do plenty of exercise on the days in between.0

Hello Folks
It’s been a while since I took part in this challenge. I would like to join you all for the next few months because, again, I need to lose what has crept on due to laziness and bad choices.
I have been trying over the past couple of months to eat healthier and have lost a few pounds and now it’s time to be a bit more serious about it all.
Knitwitch, can you put me down for 14lbs please. Although I will be joining along with the challenge from today my first official weigh-in will be 6th July.
Good luck to all for their last weigh-in this week.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190 -

-2 lbs for me this week, please0

Frith! That is so like me! Happy birthday!
Inspired by you, I have been reading about the BSD online and is sounds really sensible. I'm an Apple shape who carries my weight on my stomach, also a carb and sugar addict. I'm following the whole 30 at the moment and when this round ends I might switch to bsd.
-1lb at today's weigh in. Think I'll check again on last day of this challenge. X0 -
Thank you Knit Witch, can you please put me down for an ambitious 21lb.
I'm going to use today's weight as my starting point.
Final weigh-in today 2lb loss0 -
Accountability is key I think.
I have been so busy the last fortnight, I haven't had time to log on, nor to jot down what I've been eating. I know my activity has been really good, but rush, rush, rush and a bit of 'ice cream/ beer garden weather' has seen me regain 2lbs.
Egg. On. My. Face.
I will join you for the next challenge, but this time I am roping in hubby, and trying to pace my life a bit better.
I have Tom Kerridge's book from the library, hoping that will inspire me.
Please put me down for 14lbs (1 stone). Thanks xKeep reading books!
August grocery challenge Budget £150. Spent so far: £109.32. Remaining: £40.680
