So yesterday OH defrosted chicken instead of pork... but then we switched plans and went out for his birthday.
My choices were pretty virtuous: asparagus and poached egg to start with hollondaise; gurnard, cockles and clams with salad leaves... oh and a chocolate parfait. Over the day I was 2266 in vs 1913 out calories, which means I need to catch up, but could have been worse.
Plan for today, and no one can make me deviate as I'm on my tod:
b. dry fried egg sandwich on superseeded bread.
d. Carrot, apple and walnut slaw.
t. chicken, curried cauli and quinoa.Keep reading books!

Sigh......I have to report another .....STS......week. Still, better than putting it on. I have been beyond busy this week and really haven't had enough energy or time for the usual fight between my appetite and my conscience.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hi all. Knitwitch, I think you missed my gain/loss after my holiday, but it was at a difficult time for you. I hope that things are getting on as well as they can be with your family situation.
Anyway, a proper 'all fruit Thursday' this week, plus less picking in the evening and I'm back on track. Overall I've lost a pound or so but the cumulative total is .6 lb lost altogether, I'm happy with that. Do I lose my angel wings and smiley face too? Lol.
Happy Sunday everyone.0
