Seems a bit of a chicken theme today0 -
B - scrambled egg and smoked salmon
L - half an avocado, salmon and sun dried tomatoes (using things up!)
T - Spanish chicken

d. 2 pittas stuffed with carrot, falafel (3 between 2), green pepper, a scrape of houmous.
t. Pork and rice. OH suggested pork to go with Madras sauce and should have got it out of the freezer for us. Otherwise, beans!

Slight change to yesterdays food. We were going to have runner beans with dinner but one of our allotment friends gave us a bundle of hg leeks so we had them.

AND... a quantity of lemon meringue pie cooked by my younger son at school! My first sugar for nearly 2 weeks.0 -
I didn't do an official weigh in last week because I'd just come back from holiday but when I got on the scales this morning I was very happy because I'd lost my holiday gain and some more. So I'm reporting a net loss this week of 2.2lbs.
So today will be
B. Fruit, 2 scrambled eggs and mushrooms
L. Chicken salad and ricecakes
D. Not sure because we're going to a show tonight and will be eating out0
