Hi all
Can you pop down a STS for last weekplease Knitwitch when you get the chance as I understand you are not around at present. Hope everything is ok with your DH's Nana.
Pleased with a STS as it was hubby's 50th Birthday last wednesday and then we were away for the weekend to celebrate too. Have a do at his brothers this weekend but I am on driving duty so no alcohol for me
Hoping for a loss this week.0 -
Good morning....still very cool here....nice after the really hot temperatures and I sleep better. The birds are loud!
I shall try to walk to my first appointment of the day ....it will take an hour but I don't think I should risk running and I cannot shower yet so cannot go to the gym.
B.was hm yog ,a banana and cashews, coffee
L.no idea....I expect either Sri Lankan with the students or a bowl of soup in town on the way to my afternoon appointment.
D. Hm tomato soup, then mushroom omelette and salad
I doubt whether I will manage any more sewing.
Oh yes, I was sitting before bed last night thinking about the shopping list....this morning I see that I wrote crisps!! I have crossed that out.0 -
Good morning everyone :j
It is a rather damp day here, most suitable for staying home in the warm. I started a new journal yesterday and will try to keep it up for the 12 weeks it runs for. I hope to be able to be 20lb lighter by the end of it. I have a wedding to go to in August so that will work out nicely and I will be able to buy a new dress.TiredTrophy wrote: »

I do this all the time :rotfl:. I shop online and it is amended at least 3 times before it comes depending on how hungry I am when writing it. Mine usually has chocolate and cake on it then gets taken off and substituted for sugar free jelly
Hope you all have a great day and make good choices xx0 -
Thanks for letting me join in the challenge. Fairly good yesterday. Tuck shop man's prices have gone up (80p for a can of Pepsi Max), so I think the days of the siren call of illicit treats are done.
:A
Yesterday:
b: pecan and maple crisp cereal.
d: tuna and tomato sarnies on granary w. mayo, carrot sticks
t: gammon, egg (frylight), oven chips, peas
s: banana, mint hot choc
...an easy start into things.
Today:
b: pecan and maple crisp cereal.
d: tuna pasta salad (macaroni, frozen veg, spring onion, 1tsp mayo, 1 tsp tom puree, smoked paprika, oregano)
t: cannellini bean and aubergine stew, rice
s:banana, apple, might not have both.
Have also crutch-hopped the mile to the station. Burn baby Burn!:cool2:
Last night hubby vetoed the stew in favour of a takeaway, his treat because of it being my late mom's birthday and I was sad, so a) thank goodness I managed to crutch hop 11.4K steps and b) I only ate half, and calorie counted it so my whole meal only came to 600 calories. Got the rest for lunch, which is a big lunch, so I'm going to try to go without fruit snacks. If I fold, I will go apple instead of banana.
So today:
b: pecan and maple crisp cereal.
d: leftover veg ceylon and rice with a bit of garlic naan
t: cannellini bean and aubergine stew, and mash (don't want rice twice)Keep reading books!

The bad news is that the diet went to pot of the weekend the good news is that I have STS as a result (I really thought I would have put weight on, so I'll be doubling my efforts this week and get back on track> I could do with loosing 6lbs in the next 2 1/2 weeksBarclaycard: £2970 Tesco: £655 MBNA £4830 Virgin: £6110
Total Credit Card debt: £14,565 Car Loan: £12,055 :eek:0 -
I did not buy crisps...i ate chocolate....
The curry was ferocious....so saved a few calories there....managed a polite amount...and had bread and soup for tea.
I did get the smoked salmon for tomorrow...oh the pain of choosing....with scrambled eggs or with corn fritters?0 -
B - yoghurt and berries
L - mushroom omelette
T - Spanish chicken and cauli rice
All from the BSD0 -
TiredTrophy, I'd probably go eggs and dill! I never have dill in the house when I want it though...
Very busy night tonight, have to leave straight away for a meeting in a pub when I get back from work, so no time for tea. Might be a quick ham sarnie before I go, or more sumptuous ham toastie very late at night. I don't like feeling hungry or driven in the way of temptation. Luckily the pub does lovely, cheap cups of tea. I am hoping I am good.
So today:
b: pecan and maple crisp cereal.
d: leftover cannellini bean and aubergine stew, and mash
t: ham sandwich, most likely.
s: apple, banana
Caught up with last week's Britain's Fat Fight with HFW, and I can quite honestly say, yes, I've had loads of "treat" bars of chocolate at that W H Smith till. I am that sucker they were angling for. They got me!Keep reading books!

I have two problems with chocolate..I love it....but not the cheap stuff!....so by eating less its good for my health and :money: !
But I have stay out of the shops....
No dill here til I grow it....expensive.
I had scrambled eggs and mushrooms with a piece of bread and butter for brunch, after a short run :T
Will have corn fritters and smoked salmon for dinner.
Currently rather hungry...ate the ginger...its sort of dried and candied but not as much sugar as that...yummy and I should have resisted..but as its all gone now I cannot do that again, can I? !0
