Good morning everyone :j
I'm popping on to report a 1lb loss this week. I'm a bit disappointed if I am honest but at least it is off rather than on. Will sit down in a minute and plan out the next few days for my meals now I know how many 'points' I have to play with.
Today's food looks like this:
b - dippy eggs and soldiers (was delicious)
l - baked potato, cottage cheese and salad with pickles
d - butter chicken and brown rice

Well done knit witch...I gained 3/4 kg.....and feel horrible.
It is not that much but seems to make a big difference. I do not regret the ginger cake but I do regret the 6 slices of toast...and the jelly babies (hope Mar is not listening)...so un necessary.....well, it will come off with a few days back to my usual diet....but then I have a party for DH being catered by foodie adult children! I also have two events coming up in May where a form fitting frock is required.0 -

Oh knitwitch I'm so sorry to hear that I hope that she soon improves. I'm just dropping in to post an STS. Very disappointing as we're off on our hols to devon for a week tomorrow. I was hoping for a loss as DILis already talking about having cream teas!!0

Sorry to hear your news KW but family comes first.
I had a serious chat with myself. I know what to do to lose weight but actually doing it is totally different. I have decided that I must food plan ahead each day and get rid of all the biscuits and chocolate in the house or at least move it into the study next to my DH who never puts on any weight no matter what he eats.0
