    At least not a gain. I blame the sun!! Too hot to do as much exercise as planned and maybe the odd alcoholic beverages in the garden sneeked in... Excuses, excuses. !!!

    Good afternoon ladies,
    Having visitors for the last ten days has not helped my regime :( Only .5 kg lost over the last two weeks...hoo hum must get back on the wagon or I shall not reach my goal for this challenge:mad:
    Well done to all the great weight losses :dance:
    Knitwitch, I would like to post my weight on Mondays, it might help my weak moments at week ends :think:

    Morning All
    Well a sts for me this week, no surprise really as 2 large slices of cake plus a takeaway were consumed at the weekend. There is one piece of cake left in the fridge calling to me but I am not listening to its siren call!
    Well at least that is all the birthdays out the way until ds in July so I should be able to stay on track now.

  • Another 2 1/2 lbs for me this week please :)

    Found half a bag of Quinoa in my cupboard while have a sort out this morning so I'll try find a nice recipe to use that up for dinner and I'll have either soup of jacket potato for lunch
