A meal like that is worth every ounce gained. Hope you enjoyed each naughty, indulgent mouthful. You just KNOW you're worth it.
Well, there was certainly some ounces gained! I've been off work this week, got a lot of 'stuff' done that I've not had chance to do, so all good there. However, it's been a week of catch ups with friends that I can't get to see due to work, childcare, running about after the in-laws etc. Cue a (few) lunches, coffee and cake moments, plus not doing the large amount of running about I do at work, and the weight has crept on. But, but, but.....it's the boomerang pounds again-2lbs on, 2lbs off after yesterday's all fruit Thursday (proper one this time, no added bacon!)
So, happy news is I'm STS, so I'll take that.
Happy Friday everyone x0 -
Another 2lbs off! That takes me to 8lbs total. I'm nearly half way to my goal and feeling very proud of myselfSealed pot challenge 11: number 5940

Hi all
Hope everyone is okay. Thinking of you Zafiro my dad went through something similar (quardruple bypass) last summer and I know how worrying it is for you and your family.
Well I didnt quite get back on the healthy meals last week however I have managed to loose 0.5lbs last week, Knitwitch could you put this down as my week 3 loss please as I weighed in on Friday but this is the first chance I have managed to get online to log it
meal planning done for this week so fingers crossed I will see a good loss next week.
Well done to everyone who has lost and good luck everyone for next week.0 -
