I haven't checked in for a while but thankfully I have STS.

I can't do my weigh in until Wednesday, but I feel so good about my body shape right now that even if it is a gain (which is very possible) I won't mind too much.

I've been MIA for a while because I was getting frustrated with the constant sts
DH and I are going to give a slimming club a go on Wednesday, maybe that will help.

Morning guys!
So I have gained 5lbs!

Having had a think about this, it is entirely due to being catered for rather than being in control for the last 3 weeks, despite an average of 21,000 steps a day which included runs.
My lovely friends and family have cooked or provided sandwiches, cake, ...potatoes, pasta, bread and alcohol, all of which I ate and mostly enjoyed and I rarely said no thank you...if you see someone rarely and they cook something specially what can you do?
It really has been an eye opener how difficult it is to eat healthily from the choices in a pub!

Money will be tight this Christmas but we will practise portion control and get outside lots and I will be back on track....

I've decided that if I end this challenge with a STS result that will be OK, we have so much going on at the moment plus I love a mince pie or two.

I think overall I have lost more than the scales show as my jeans are very comfy around the waist.

WI today and it is -2lb - I have no idea where they have gone as I have been a bit snackilicious. They will probably be back tomorrow.

School concert tonight means food on the hoof and then later in the week is my work Xmas do in Nottingham with an overnight stay and a lot of booze. After that things get calmer as school breaks up and events stop. Phew
