Festive greetings to you all!
My hermit lifestyle and lack of mince pies (and appetite) has meant I'm -2.
So, it may be time to consider trying on new trousers.

I'm pleased to announce that altogether I've lost 1lb in total this challenge. (Well, at some time over the weekend I have, according to the scales, so I'm sticking with that!)
Can't remember if this is the last week, Knitwitch, but no doubt I'll be back in the New Year.
In case I forget, happy Christmas everyone and may you all get lots of nice things and a calorie free dinner ! x0 -

Well, I try to be honest.....so, yes, I am eating....lots and have gained very quickly. I had a birthday party too and everyone brought chocolate, cake or both and wine....and I've just got in from another party.
I did go to the gym today.
I will have a think about necessary vs realistic goals for the next challenge and try to reduce the increase....
Seasonal Greetings to you all.0 -
I am going to do my last weigh in of the year tomorrow. I have had a quick hop on the scales to check how things are going and very much dislike what they said! I have been doing extra exercise today and yesterday to try and undo the damage.
I will come clean, there seems to have been a 3 pound increase in a matter of days, and as much as I would like to tell myself it is muscle I think it is more likely to have been the booze and mince pies.
Whatever the scales say tomorrow I will accept, and I will happily join the next challenge, I have a L O N G way to go.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
