hi everyone. oh and i don't take lunch to work as we both prefer snacking than sandwiches etc. looking for ideas, something cheap that we can make and take to work to nibble at throughout the day. crisps and chocolate has got to stop, it's just too expensive/unhealthy!31/12/2006 £8395, 01/10/2008 £5089.73, 19/10/2010 £835.00 31/03/2011 £0.00

Could you take some cuppa soups, crackers, fruit etc to work and keep it in your desk? If you have access to a fridge, what about yoghurts, cheese etc

I take cup-a-soups
chopped salad
melon, grapes
carrot sticks
crackers
They are healthy, and passes the urge to snack on crisps/chocolate.
Eat as much as the above, and dont feel guilty.
