Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. I also rather like this fact....Also, pay no attention to 'Crashy Time' - this individual commented on a thread that involved my property a short while back and was quite the pessimist. Gave it an off the cuff valuation of 120k. A few days later after several viewings it sold for £185,000.0 -

Why do you appear to enjoy it, almost revel in it, when people have home buying/selling problems?
A touch of the green eyed monster perhaps?
Whatever the reason, it's not a nice trait to have.
If the Queen put Buckingham Palace up for sale, you'd be here posting "offer 250k tops".
Now go report back to your little forum about all the delusional saddos on MSE...Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.0 -
Hey Crashy,
When you post today's viewer update query, can you let us know at the same time whether you've found your village in need of an idiot yet?0 -

Crashy! We missed you yesterday! I guess you were out on the idiot-less village search - still priced out I take it? I hope your trawling of mumsnet was some comfort though....Crashy_Time wrote: »https://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/_chat/2986124-Would-you-buy-a-flat-to-let-and-become-a-landlord-now
Probably a great time to get a cheap deal, landlords will be fighting over reliable tenants soon.0 -
