After a day of prosecco and vodka at Leicester Races on Saturday, I was a bit aprhensive to step on the scales last night.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover a loss of 1/2 a pound.

Also last night I went for my halfway assessment with my trainer at the gym.
After 6 weeks of light exercise and weights I have lost 7 cm on my waist... and 5% of my body fat! Over the 6 weeks I have also lost about 3kg (according to his scales). More exercises to try over the next 6 weeks including the rowing machine.

We're off on holiday for a week, so I'm not expecting many losses over the next fortnight.

:T on your first chart kathrynha.:D

I had weigh-in tonight, and was super surprised to have had a 2.5 lb loss.I now have 9lb to lose to reach my target weight :j.
Does anyone know if,having kept my history,I need to lose the whole 9lb before I stop paying,or just 6lb to get to the 3lb either side?I was a target member,at target, when I stopped going to group.

Thanks for the info on the cheerleading. Taking your own food obviously helped!:T
I think it will depend on whether you have set a target with your consultant. When I got to target (and stopped paying) it was for the actual weight I'd declared when I joined (rather than the top end of the range i.e. 3 lbs heavier). I suppose you could call target wherever you want (like at the top of range) but that would mean having to drop by a minimum of 7 lbs if you decided to go lower in the future. I hope that makes sense but maybe someone like denise or beanie who help out at classes might know more.

That's a great NSV shiprob and well done on your loss.:T Have a good holiday. I think the sun is coming back tomorrow if you're staying in this country (hope that's soon enough for you wiz.) :)

That's a good loss and a menu for today WJN.:T Without the yogurt it could be EESP but as it stands, being low carb should help a lot. I was thinking this morning I need to lean closer to EESP even if it's just on portion size of carbs. From yesterday I'm completely back on plan but tummy still feels a bit bloated.:(

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, cornichons and beetroot
D: sausage, mash, carrots, cabbage, cauli, fried onions
Syns: small squirt of HP sauce. 2 for BGTY sausages, and ? for gravy

I may be out at lunchtime but will stick to a JP or salad somewhere. Determined to limit the mash for dinner and up the other veg to closer to 50% than a third of the plate.

    Hello :)
I've found my way to the thread courtesy of lovely Maman:)
It is OK if I join you?
I've lost around 9lbs in the last 6-8 weeks by trying to eat less and move more but I'm dangerously close to falling off the wagon completely after a couple of weeks of a fair amount of socialising and eating out. I'm out for dinner tonight too, but actually am not really looking forward to it as I feel my stomach is crying out for a simple salad:D
Anyway, I think to get to my goal weight I need a more structured eating plan and some moral support. I have the SW books, and hopefully I can find the support here?
Life's a bit busy at the moment but I'd like to commit to checking in at least once a day (apart from a few days next week when I'll be going away!).
    Thanks in advance:)

Saver upper~~I think that when you get back into your target range ie 3lbs or loss over your target weight you wont need to pay.
