Saver Upper as long as you kept your history and didn't rejoin then you only need to get to top end of target range, ie target weight + 3lb.
Maman - afraid the will power left me in the evening and I ended up the day with a can of cider! so more syns than having a glass of wine.
Today has been completely off plan as the Subway I went into while we were out the meat didn't look very fresh so I didn't bother with a salad which was what I had planned to do. Couldn't find anywhere to get a takeaway anywhere SW friendly and DH fancied a pasty so I ended up with one too - but I only had a small against his large so a bit of damage limitation. I had a chicken, bacon & chorizo pasty but unfortunately all I could taste was the chorizo, there was far too much of it and I couldn't taste the chicken or bacon even though I could see it! Shame really as I was looking forward to it. So lots of syns for something I didn't really enjoy but ate because I was hungry.
Having a SW dinner this evening - low fat burger with peppers & onions all done on the BBQ.

Thanks for the chart Kathrynha and well done Saverupper on SOTW. Welcome Ellsbel, there are a few of us 'going it alone' on this thread and everyone is super helpful so ask away if you've any questions.
On that note, could I ask for syn help please. I'm sure I looked this up when I was a member but didn't make a note of it - Aldi Brooklea fat free vanilla yoghurt, 450g pot (looks like the Onken one). Thanks!0 -
Evening....
I was  yesterday.
I got up, did not feel too good, started driving to work, stuck in traffic, was ill in my lunch bag, got to work, was ill again (toilet this time)... thinking I have ate something... then realised I had not ate anything that could cause this, and had been near an infected child the week before.... gradually began to feel worst, so decided to drive the 1.5 hours home whilst I could... but I left it too late.. driving at 30 miles an hour on the motor way was not good.. arrived home, ill, slept from 1 pm until 7 am.... went back to work late, people I was interviewing kept asking if I was okay... I thought i was okay but clearly not..:(
I had nothing to eat yesterday, and today I have had sugar snaps peas, celery and an apple. But now am feeling much better and starving so just had cottage cheese whilst potatoes are boiling!
Every cloud has a silver lining!:D:D:D

Glad you decided to join us ellsbell . Most of us post menus every day. I use it to help with planning and as a sort of food diary.
I decided to have a salad in Pret when I was shopping. Really enjoyed it and just had the smallest drizzle of dressing. I made a carrot and potato mash with dinner to keep the potatoes down. I must put swede on the shopping list. EESP dinners are the hardest IMO.
Glad you're feeling better sunshinemummy .Hopefully you'll get your silver lining at WI.:)0 -

Ohh snap! I was at Ladies' Day on Saturday too! Between 3 of us we got through 4 bottles of prosecco during the day then went into town after for more cocktails and jugs of sangria! Plus the indian style chicken, halloumi and chips plus the mexican burrito I had for dinner! Whoops! I am dreading weigh in tomorrow!0 -
