    Thanks for the update topgirl glad you're keeping well. Well done for keeping up with the healthy eating, agree it's the HEA that's more important.
    We have an Eliza in the family so either way, beanie or I will be happy. Hope scan goes well. :)

    Managed okay at the barbecue this afternoon. Every free or speed except one mushroom pakora and one onion bhaji. They were freshly cooked and absolutely gorgeous.

    Forgot to say, today i have on a pair 3/4 shorts that are 2 sizes smaller, last year couldnt get past my knees :D
