I am in the same situation at the moment, fighting for money back. They offered me partial refund only but after reading this forum I will claim the rest of money as well.0

Well I tired to get a refund by trying to contact the charging company but they never returned my calls or emails and Three refused to help, so this week after launching a small claim a few weeks ago against Three and them failing to respond, I have been awarded County Court Judgement against Hutchison 3g Telecom (Three) with an order for them to pay me the full amount of over £300 plus costs for my time and the obligatory £35 court fee.2

Hi
I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with PM connect who I have recently discovered I had been paying a £3.00 subscription, for something called i - fitness, since June 2016 of which I knew nothing about.
I cannot ever recall joining any such subscription as anything like this as I have no interest in anything like this whatsoever. I do admit I have received monthly texts asking me STOP but I always feared this being a scam text so I simply ignored them. In the 3 and half years I have never used their services and still do not know to this day what services they offer. After speaking and emailing them on numerous occasions they have offered me 8 weeks refund as a company gesture. I have worked out that my subscriptions have totalled £576 yet they will not budge on the matter and have informed me that their offer of £24 is their final offer.Any help where I best could take this matter further would be greatly appreciated as just like everyone else I hate being ripped off and I certainly wouldn't want anyone else experiencing this. Surely all mobile networks shouldn't allow this company to be associated with them in any way, surely in this day and age all mobile networks have the sufficient technology to permanently block this company to ensure the well being of its customers. Many ThanksSimon0 -
Anyone in this position, please direct message me with your email address and I will send you letters and court papers to file.
Hundreds of people have now used them successfully and have been paid in full. Until PM Connect are served court papers they usually won't pay. You do get court filing fee and interest back however.

If you've been scammed by Bounce Games (PMConnect), be aware that in 2018, the Phone-paid Services Authority ordered them to pay refunds in respect of this "service". This was an "informal hearing" and as such was not publicised, but consumers who complained were informed they could apply for a refund
You may get a refund more quickly if you make PMConnect know that you are aware of this ruling. This is one of the rare cases where making a formal complaint to PSA may accelerate the process of getting a refund. They may agree to talk to PMConnect on your behalf.5-10-2018 12:43 AM
Dear ,
We’re writing regarding the complaint you made about a phone-paid service operated by PM Connect.
Following an investigation into the company, PM Connect agreed to comply with an action plan to bring their services into accordance with the Code of Practice.
Since the action plan was introduced, complaints about PM Connect services have fallen significantly.
We’re also pleased to inform you that the company has agreed to pay a full refund to all eligible consumers who request one.
If you haven’t already received a refund from PM Connect, we would recommend contacting them to request it using the details below:
PM Connect Ltd

If you have any problems securing the money from them or in your correspondence with the company, do let us know.
We’d like to thank you for raising your issue with us. The information which you provide us with is vital in helping to investigate companies and services which have breached our rules and harmed consumers.
Yours sincerely,
Phone-Paid Services Authority

Hi RGW, I have just come across this thread as I'm trying to get my elderly father £300 back! I've sent a PM requesting a template letter and a copy of the court papers. Thanks for you help!

RGW said:I'm still getting 2-3 requests a week for the letters and small claims court papers and everyone I have heard from afterwards has been successful in getting a full refund including court fee and interest. Please send me a PM in if you would like copies of the files.

There seem to be a lot more requests for the documents recently. Perhaps lockdown is giving people time to check their bills and discover they have been ripped off. If anyone needs assistance, please message me with your email address and I will send documents and copies of court papers. RGW1

I was also scammed by PM Connect. Roger (see above) helped me every step of the way, and I claimed back over £500. These people should be very scared of Roger: he's an absolute god-send.
Thank you, Roger.1 -
Another thanks to Roger for all his help along the way. PM Connect made it very difficult for me and so much so that I was ready to give up. But as Roger said, pursue and follow the process. I recieved a cheque yesterday for the full amount including the court fees.Whilst there are fraudulent companies out there trying to scam you, it really is nice to know there are good, decent people in the world.
Thank you Roger!1
