Bounce.mobi/PM-Connect Scam

I had the biggest and best surprise this morning! I got a cheque for £322.70 from PM Connect (Demon Games). The full amount I had been incorrectly charged plus interest! I only submitted the application to small claims court on Tuesday this week!

So I wanted to say a HUGE thank you  to Roger for his help and guidance. Another WIn against the scammers! Much appreciated Roger,

We received the cheque from PM connect 3 days after submitting the application to small claims court! Didn't expect it to be so quick. Thank you so much for your help, Roger. 
They have offered us a refund of £12 after sending the 2nd letter and in the end we got all our money back, which was £439.

Hi, I tried to claim a couple of years ago, chased by phone and email, didnt get anywhere. As the matter is old, do you think I still have a chance of claiming this back?

I think you will still absolutely have a chance if you didn’t accept a “goodwill” payment or anything else previously. Message me and I will help kick the process off.

Thanks to Roger’s help and following his advice I have just managed to claim back £860 for my mother. 

If anyone is in the same situation and owed money from these scammers I highly recommend following Rogers advice.

Hi Roger, 

my better half's phone has been subscribed to this scammers since 2015, without us knowing. and they owe us around 432 pounds. they say they have proof (screenshots) of us subscribing to some game. and are offering 50% refund as a one-off goodwill payment, 'on this occasion'. Can you share  the documents that you used to pursue them?

Hi, I know this thread hasn't been used for quite some time but I am hoping someone can help me. I have just discovered I have been paying £4 a week for Footbox, an app I have no recollection of signing up to. I have contacted them to end the subscription, turns out I 'subscribed' in 2019 through a You Tube link. I have never used the service and it turns out I have paid out an eye watering £690! I am guilty of not checking my O2 bills and just trust they are correct. Massively regretting that now! Footbox have sent texts letting me know I have subscribed but having no knowledge of signing up I have presumed the texts were a scam and ignored them. I can see from this thread some people have had success in getting a refund, any help with templates etc will be very much appreciated!!!

Wow, it has been a while! A quick look at their terms and conditions   https://app.footbox.tv/terms-and-conditions and what do we know, it is another PM Connect company. Send me a message and I will give you templates etc. RGW

Hi the last post is exactly what has happened to me, Footbox have been charging me monthly on my Three Bill plus I received additional charges when we received the texts whilst roaming abroad. 
Again I have no knowledge of signing up to there services, Any help to apply for a refund would be appreciated.
