Great news to share! After help from RGW I submitted a claim through the small claims court to get a refund from PM connect! Today, 1 week later, I received a cheque for £762 - everything they owe me and the cost of the claim! I am delighted! Huge thanks to Roger for all of his help!

Hi @RGW , was pleasantly surprised to read this forumn thread and see you've been doing God's work with these scam subscriptions.  I am also trying to get a refund of £950 from footbox.tv.  Like everyone else says it's heartbreaking to imagine how many people have been scammed out of this money. Texts appear as scams, why would any rational person reply or trust a text like that, even androids red flag them as scam/spam messages and vodafone provide no assistance and just say "they dont deal with them".  Please could you also kindly help with the forms you have sent to others that sounds like they help! Thanks so much

Hi there everyone. These guys (footbox) are still out there draining peoples money. Does anyone still have the small court reclaim forms that were talked about on here?
