If a majority of people questioned, properly researched PPC and challenged tickets the whole house of cards would come crashing down

But the majority of people are as thick as ovine excrement. That is why Brighthouse and payday loan companies flourish, why credit card debt is so high, why "WE pay a pittance for your scrap gold" shops exist.

Do not expect common sense from people willing to pay over £100 for trainers which cost a tenner to make, buy razor blades with 1,500% mark up, watch a game played by prima donnas earing £1million a week, watch Corrie and CBB, idolise Ant and Dec.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Perhaps I'm a little complacent or arguably arrogant when it comes to BW Legal, but in my last email correspondence with them in relation to a non-POFA Conkai PCN, I suggested that they roll it up very tightly in order to facilitate the transit of said PCN up their own rectum.

Well done Toby. Is there any chance of gouging more money out of them? They must have wasted hours of your time.
