... and are more than happy to walk away with having theirbparking charge overturned
Very true, I recently attended a PATAS hearing. The Parking Weasel had made a mistake when writing the ticket, and the Adjudicator allowed my appeal without me saying a word.
I was so pleased (and occupied giving the Council solicitor a hard time), that I forgot to ask for costs. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
A trouncing for Excel/ BW Legal and another hospital pass for Mr Pickup.
Considering the amount of cases they discontinue. I'm actually amazed they went ahead with this one.
Defendant didn't even speak a word.

I guess as BWLegal started all this rubbish, the courts
may finish it
Assume that just like courts are fed with Gladstones, they
are just as fed up with BWLegal
Let's face it, whatever BWLegal do now is just a repeat and we can expect a lot more incompetence to follow1 -
BWLegal / Excel judge not impressed = THEY LOST
The judge dismissed the case and said that common sense should prevail and that he was sick and tired of presiding over parking cases.

PRANKSTERS NOTE
Disreputable firms like BW Legal often use underhand bullying tactics. Their letters are written to deceive the victim into thinking a CCJ is inevitable once the court process commences, and that this will inevitably damage the recipients credit.1 -
Guess who's come a cropper in court again..... If you're not sure, here's a clue:

We all love it. Shame the Two Ronnies are not around, it would
