And whenever a court case is won involving BW legal, and/or VCS try and go for a local ( or even national) press releases/news story name checking Simon Renshaw Smith, as the boss of VCS/Excel, together with their (his?) recent conduct/criticism
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

    WARNING

    BWLEGAL

If you receive a letter from BWLegal threatening you
will get a CCJ or saying "they will seek" a CCJ,
    DO NOT GET INTIMIDATED.

They might even say that if you don't pay them,
your credit rating will be affected.

They might even say it will affect your chances of
    getting a mortgage.

BE WARNED .... THIS IS TOTAL RUBBISH

BWLEGAL CANNOT AFFECT YOUR CREDIT RATING

BWLegal forget to tell you that this must go to court first

HOW YOU CAN GET A CCJ (County Court Judgement)

1: BWLegal must firstly take you to court
2: You have the opportunity to defend
3: A judge will rule who is the winner
4: If you lose (doubtful), the judge will make
an order for you to pay (normally with 28 days)
5: If you ignore the court and do not pay, then
    you will get a CCJ
6: However if you do pay as the court orders,
that is it ...... NO CCJ .. NO ENTRIES ON YOUR
    CREDIT FILE

AND IF YOU WIN YOU CAN CLAIM COSTS

The above is what happens so you can quickly see
that the scare letters BWLegal send out ARE RUBBISH

If you get such rubbish letters from BWLegal then please
copy them to Sir Greg Knight.
Sir Greg Knight who has introduced a new members
bill in the house which should become law later this year

Sir Greg and other MP's are fully aware of the scam and
want to end it. The more Sir Greg knows about this scam,
the sooner this scam will be scuppered

BWLegal are sending out a form asking you
    to complete with your earnings.

Do not be intimidated by this and there is no reason
whatsoever to complete the form and you are under
    no obligation to do so.

You do not want your private data given to dodgy legals

If you went to court and lost, (highly unlikely) and
you cannot afford the amount then you can ask the
court for time to pay and then, you will be asked by
the court of your earnings .... NOT BWLEGAL
