Hi everyone. I have been trying to catch up! You have all been so busy and doing very well.
I had a very expensive weekend camping at the race track (darned food stands!) and just received a nasty quote for a plumber to repair a bodged job from my new £4000 boiler I had installed two years agogutted as it was on a bank loan and I am still paying for it (will be for 3 more years yet!) and now I have to find another £600 or so! Not fair!! I thought it would last a few years yet... Plus my electric has gone up from £56 to £80 per month! Nothing is ever switched on, we moved to a washing line for drying, hand washing up and even using all LED lights... Our fridge and washing machines are only a few years old... we use a smart meter and monitor every action! I despair somedays... Our oil boiler refuel bill is £80 per month too... seems to me energy costs are rising rapidly!
On a money making front I have finally been paid for invigilating exams. (zero hour contract stuff) £322.79 and I returned two books to amazon... £15.40.
Also I had a lovely £5 morrisons voucher when I did this weeks shop... I discovered that if I go there at 6.30pm instead of my usual am shop everything is reduced to 9p... (woohoo... this weeks groceries were £44.95 instead of nearer £100 although choices were restricted my freezer is FULL)
55p roadkill too
So in all it rounds me off to a nice big £1272.62 for July so far... I am proud to say that visa card one has just been paid off in FULL! It has now been locked in the safe for emergency use ONLY!!! So now I have moved the direct debit amount over to start clearing card #2... Hopefully that will be gone by next March (Sooner if I can ebay lots over the next few weeks)
I am off to spend the day applying for jobs and see what is about for me in the new school year. Fingers crossed!!!
Good Luck with the final push everyone. xMake £/day March: £1490.85 / £310

Wow! What a brilliant amount!
Still very slow in the shop - 4 customers yesterday but only 2 spent any money. No one so far today.
I've not really made good use of the time but I do have £60 to add from a cancelling the contract on my iPad and getting my daughter to take over her phone contract. They also should be sending me a refund for £10.04 in the next few days. I need to make a conscious effort to pay these savings off credit cards otherwise they just get swallowed up in the monthly bills.
Oh and 10p from citizenme making £280.66 - hoping to get to £310 by the end of the month. Fingers crossed£10 a day April - £4/£3002014 £110.92 2015 £3732.30 2016 £1633.66 2017 £2991.70 2018 £3255.40

We have a branding company which sells printed clothing and promotional items to small businesses and sports clubs etc. The 'shop' is attached to our house and we only open it from time to time. We are currently selling unprinted clothing that is surplus stock but we had a Christmas shop which sold all sorts and we will probably do that again this year. It's been very quiet in general this week locally. Think everyone is on holiday!£10 a day April - £4/£3002014 £110.92 2015 £3732.30 2016 £1633.66 2017 £2991.70 2018 £3255.40

Had a bit of a nightmare this week as the broadband failed on Monday and only just got it back after shelling out for a new router (and no mobile signal in my house). So not much activity bar what I had already requested to be cashed out:

Another £5 from selling something on FB.
Would have another £12 but a certain 6yr old got very excited over a long piece of polystyrene and came running into the lounge and SMASH!
Luckily he wasn't cut and bless him, he felt so bad. I won't feel so bad using him as my gardening mate this afternoon, we have weeding and tidying to doMSE-ing since 20070 -
Well done, all, for keeping the money coming in right to the month end:T:beer:.
I might manage to add a bit more as have now had 3 eBay sales:j but will have to do the totting up later.
Had to take OH to an Outpatient appointment first thing this morning. The Consultant decided to admit him as we expected he might. Nothing too serious, just routine monitoring which he's had to do a few times now. It's just for the one night but it will give me the chance to spread boxfuls of stuff over the floor in a couple of rooms and have a blitz on trying to find some books to list and sell. Won't be carbooting tomorrow morning (there's a good one not too far away) as I don't know when I'll have to go and pick OH up. Not too bothered though as with all the rain we've had this past couple of days I expect the field they have it on will be a swamp:eek:
Are you OK, Aesop?. We haven't seen you for ages:(0
