    So close now... adding:
    eBay sale £10.61
    MySurvey £5
    Cashback £2.55

Total £302.10! Never thought I would get to these dizzy heights!

Well done:T. People are usually surprised that they make so much, especially when they first join. I just couldn't imagine ever managing it and started off at £5 a day the first month I did the challenge:o. I beat that easily and never looked back since. It's great to have the motivation through being on this challenge:j

    £5 MOC at Morrisons
£7.28 'Divi' spent at Co-op this morning. I haven't already declared this in my totals, I've been letting it mount up until worth spending.

Wonders will never cease. I've photographed/scanned the 10 items I'm putting on eBay this weekend to take advantage of the free listing and final fees offer. Still have the descriptions to write but I'm getting there;)

That's so true CBC; the small things really do add up and I do hate missing a goal once I am committed to it. Everyone on here has been great and given me loads of ideas. What is brilliant is that instead of idly browsing eBay and other shops online when I am bored (usually an expensive habit), I look for extra surveys or put something else up to sell instead. Must be saving myself so much by doing that alone!

Went to town shopping as I desperately needed clothes with no holes in (as well as a few other bits) and it was definitely the best shopping trip ever where money was concerned..

    MoC £13.48
    Boots points used £15
Clothes - took back some expensive clothes that I ordered which I decided I didn't like enough to justify it and replaced them with a cheaper high street shop. Saving £83.50.

Didn't buy anything else - not even snacks. Now my total is £414.08 and still one week to go!
    Goal achieved!!!

Definitely going to continue this in August and now thinking I should be upping my goal!

    Morning

I have a few more bits to add

    .40 citizenme
    £5 moc Tesco
    .20 roadkill
    £19.16 saving on games
    £14 matched betting
    £20.48 matched betting

    Total now £190.56

As you can see I finally tried matched betting and so far so good. My boys gave me £60 to buy them a couple of video games last week while they were away with their dad. By shopping around I managed to get them online much cheaper so saved £19.16. I don't normally include this type of saving but as I actually had the cash I am going to. I don't feel guilty about keeping it in the slightest as the 'boys' are actually grown men and could've bought their own games so I consider it my commission! Also they both have far more disposable income than me.

Finally finished work on Friday for the summer so hoping I may have a bit more time over the next few weeks to make a bit extra.

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend and not getting too wet!

  • I'm on here very early today as I'm driving OH for a scheduled hospital outpatient appointment but they said they may need to admit him overnight depending on the test results.

My delivery work cheque has now cleared and added to my July total:j

Managed to get 8 of the planned 10 items listed on eBay before the free final fees offer ended last night. I did them all in auction format with BIN option and 3 already have watchers:T. I've had 2 questions from the same potential buyer about another one of them which annoyed me as the information they asked for was clearly there in the description anyway:(.

The cat is limping, doesn't like being touched much and is off his food so will keep a close eye on him and take him to the vet tomorrow if he's no better. He gets like this from time to time and usually gets better without treatment as I think he's been in a fight. He's very nervy at the moment and I've seen his arch enemy, a massive feral cat, hanging around the garden again:eek:. Hopefully it won't be necessary to pay the vet's extortionate fees but obviously I won't stint on the cat's treatment if necessary. I wish I wasn't going to be out for a lot of the day, I don't like leaving him on his own when he's not well.

Wishing you all a successful money-making last week of the month:beer:

Anyone use app bounty and find it worthwhile? I signed up a couple days ago and have just over 1000 credits - you need 6300 for £10 Amazon so hoping it won't take too long, though it's a bit of a faff downloading loads of apps.

Cashed out £5 from vypr today and 10p citizen me. Also £20 Amazon vouchers to add from doing an offer from bingoport- had to sign up and deposit £10 to get a £20 Amazon voucher- did 2 sites so £20 up.
  • Just got home after a long day being sent to various departments at the hospital (OH was the patient, although it isn't in his nature to be patient:eek:). They decided not to admit him but he has to go back again on Friday to see one of the consultants who wasn't available today as he was in theatre.

Cat doesn't seem any worse although it looks as if he's been asleep all the hours we were gone. Not like him, he's a livewire normally. Will keep an eye on him tonight and take him to the vets tomorrow if he doesn't eat anything. A couple of years ago the vet had to keep him in for 3 days on a drip after a bad fight so don't want that again. My cat stands his ground when his enemy comes calling but comes off worst when the other cat decides to bite lumps out of him.

Just checked my emails and I've sold one of my eBay items (BIN):j. Really pleased about that, felt sure that item would have had to go through the auction process, probably get just one initial bid and make very little at the end.

    Evening all

Well done on all the money-making and some great totals with a week still to run :T :T

Sorry to read that you're having to take your OH to the hospital CBC, and again Friday, and hope he's soon on the mend. Fingers crossed for your moggy as well, and hope he doesn't need an expensive trip to the vet.

I've been having a bake up for the freezer, so busy prepping, cooking, batching and freezing. Then had to give the kitchen a massive clean-up :rotfl:

Unfortunately that means not much time for money-making today, but have managed £4.50 in regular scans and surveys :j

Hope you all have a super Tuesday
