Ah, yes. I'd missed that they hit the doors of the car going across their bows. That's a different kettle of fish.

Those on roundabout have right of way. Other driver pulled out, easy win for you.

No, they haven't. "The rules in The Highway Code do not give you the right of way in any circumstance, but they advise you when you should give way to others. Always give way if it can help to avoid an incident."

And "... watch out for all other road users already on the roundabout"

This makes me worry even more now, So am i at fault and will be liable for all cost?

The way i look at it i was going east to west bound Around a round about and the car had pulled out fast and as he said he tried to speed up to make it , I had about 1second reaction time and slammed breaks on and it hit the middle of the car doors, he had come right across me, As its from a little slip lane and he said he was waiting there for ages so he wanted to get across

He moved off from stationary, and was half way across the second lane of the roundabout when you hit him.

You'd only had about 50m yourself, from stationary, to build up speed.

I also was in the right lane which was road marked for the right lane, i was taking the 3rd turning off westbound , I Honestly dont see how i could be at fault? If he got impatient and tried speeding up to get past me before i came around the roundabout i had like 1 second reaction time and instantly slammed on the breaks it was so so busy the roads i had people to the left behind and all sorts

If he was accelerating across your bows that quickly, simply losing some speed - not even coming to a stop - would have seen you passing behind his bumper without incident.

That's impossible to call, without knowing the respective speeds.

It's difficult without an actual video of it happening.... we don't know when you indicated you were exiting the roundabout, or what speed you/he were doing, or anything.

Just on the diagram itself the other driver is at fault, the question is whether you contributed to the overall situation due to other factors.

I think that sums it up.

The OP probably should have seen the car exiting on to the roundabout and therefore could possibly have avoided a collision.

But as you say there are too many variables to be sure

It honestly happend so quickly, I had literally 1 second to react, and i slammed the breaks on, instantly , the view infront is very limited especially how busy the road was at the time, Whatever will be will be but i really hope i am not to blame for this, If it could of been avoided it would of been especially with my children in the car i would never purposely put them at risk
