My phone just flashed up 'Yellow wind warning.' Is it just just me, or could that be better worded?

Do you get a brown wind warning when it's too late to do anything about it?

    Don't quote, will delete

On the other hand, pointing out something that may be viewed as a defect may not have been a good move.

In theory, I suppose you could bring court proceedings for the damage.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    "That'll relieve worries for viewings"

You may be worrying too much. What puts you off, parents of young children may see as: "Isn't that nice! Lots of kids in the area for our Johnnie to play with."

I knew some people who lived in a rural district in the USA. Their kids were just plain lonely. So, they moved, and top of their list of criteria was "Many kids in the area".

So, some people may be put off, whilst others may regard kids playing as an asset or at least not a negative.

Pastures, I would mention to the agent about the high heel dents, just so that he can ensure that anyone else viewing in high heels is asked to take them off.

After hall, most halls with wooden flooring say 'no high heels', unless it's solid teak.

Yes, my mat flies up in the air when I open the front door!

Got a nice sausage casserole on the go, which I'll serve with mash - inside a giant Yorkie that I'll make in a bit. You need that sort of food on these sorts of days.
