How do you know that's what happened?
Under her name (on the old green version of the boards at least) it has th letters P, P and R - although I didn;t spot it until someone commented on DT.Is it temporary or permanent?
Temporary I expect, it's very rare for someone to get barred completely and permanently for a first "offence". Could be anything between a week and a month I guess.Is there anything we can do to appeal on her behalf?
Doubt it - the admins just react to reports, either PPRing people, locking threads or deleting posts or, more often, entire threads.
They don't have the time to do anything else, especially for things that occur on the non-core boards.PN's speshulness makes it hard for her to have FTF friends. We are, I think, an important point of contact with other human beings for her. I don't want her to lose that.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

They probably send a personal message - that way the recipient will be alerted as soon as they next log in.
Dunno what they'd do if the recipient's inbox is full, though, maybe they have an override to allow an admin PM to be delivered even if nobody else's would be.0 -

You do get an email, but as you are locked out you can't see it
All you get is a pop up saying you are pprd for however long. You get to see the email when your ban is up

Perhaps we can all pm Andrea and plea her case? I know I'm not a member of this thread but PN is one of my favourite people on these forums, she has helped me tremendously by being so open. She is well loved and respected by so many on here that I really can not see why she is in receipt of a PPR0
