The only people who are at risk of not getting enough B12 from their diet are vegans. People who eat any animal products at all, including eggs and dairy, are fine. So those of us who are low in B12 at times get that way because of not absorbing dietary B12 very well. Your spray is probably designed to be absorbed through the mucus membranes of the mouth, I would imagine???
    Precisely :T

Talking of floor coverings, that's what I need to.
Years ago, I decided on Marmoleum, which was a new version of the old linoleum, and was sustainable.

Is there also a Bovroleum for the carnivores?

In my previous home we had a marmoleum floor laid in the kitchen/ diner. It was really hardwearing and looked good as new 10 years later.

Roughly how long do they take, how much does it cost?
I don't plan on painting all my walls that I expect to be built ...and, the rest of the gaff will need a freshen up... so I just wondered.

If I then create a "THUD" noise.... I'll be considering doing it myself, but I'd hate to do that as it's a thankless and depressing task.

I've got tons of stuff to fork out for - like an entire new floor across all the new AND all the existing bits; same stuff throughout I thought ... that posh vinyl thingamabob that Doozer named. Some name similar to Visible Panty Line ... ah, LVT. Similar. Once I get the price for that I'll probably feel I've been wedgied :)

They started yesterday and say they'll be finished by the end of tomorrow. 3 people doing the work. Have sent you a PM with the price.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

You can also get a Vitamin D spray. I like that, but the trouble is that the nozzle keeps getting tiny crystalline deposits in it, which reduces the spray and so you don't know if you're getting the full dose.

I've gone back to drops this winter.

That's the sort of Visible Panty Line flooring I believe I'm after.
I wanted: Looks like wood, isn't loose/clicky-clacky. Doozer said it's posh vinyl ...

So you're after what I'm after .... but I'll be sticking with "looks like it's wood" for mine.

I should get out and grope some and shuffle round some places I guess.

Before I bought this place I always thought I wanted a laminate floor and tiles for the kitchen - I've got that, but it's been done so poorly it's all laid wrong to start with. Plus, I'm having internal works/walls removed, so the floor will be mucked around with -plus- a whole new section (which I thought I'd chosen black floor tiles for) .... then it occurred to me .... why not simply do the whole floor with exactly the same, robust, stuff? And now I've decided to do that as it'll be better for 1000 reasons to do that. "Only one choice" for starters :) I only have to go out and choose one thing, once.

PN, the quote I sent you by PM was for the labour. I also bought the paint. Somewhere between £100-£200. I forget exactly because I bought some other things at the same time.

Also, when you are counting how many doors you've got, remember to include cupboards - airing cupboard, cupboard under the stairs, that sort of thing. They need to be painted as woodwork rather than walls.

Marmoleum comes in all sorts of colours, though, not just wood-look.

Plus you can have more than one colour and have pieces inlaid to form patterns.

But I shan't confuse you with more choices! :D

I remember the smell of lino. I liked it! The linseed oil, I suppose.

When I had a house in London, it had been bought unmodernised, and one room had carpet, which when I pulled it up, revealed very old lino underneath.
    Very, very old lino!
It was quite nostalgic, pulling that up! (It wasn't in good enough condition to keep).

Ah, cupboard doors. In that case my finished house will be:
Internal doors = 5 + 1 (retaining current front door come to think of it)*
Cupboard doors = 2 (under stairs & top landing)
Stairs wooden rod thingies = yes, some.

Twas a "good price" you told me though. Well worth it.

One thing I am thinking of is that I have MDF doors and skirting boards - and they damage really easily, so I am considering replacing living room skirting with proper ones ... and possibly the kitchen door too and the bathroom door - kitchen/bathroom doors both show "signs of expansion through being got wet at the bottom"

    So many "annoyances"

    * I can see no reason to remove the current front door .... and can always change my mind at some future point if somebody comes up with a good reason to do so.
