Re book ... just start blogging your ideas etc .... and let your audience find you. From that, you'll get followers ...and the book can be born.

Those who wish to find/follow you can - and they're all you're interested in. Let others spread the word ... you just get your thoughts down and "run"/leave them to it ...

Just like your cycle stuff ... but for ortizmz.

    Ortizmz?

Obviously a "dahn sarf" alternative spelling for a medical condition that in the rest of the country starts "aut...." :p

I don't see the East Finchleyensi on that map, unfortunately. :)
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    :rotfl::rotfl:

That's because the name Finchley came a lot later. On one map, they were shown as a subdivision named the
    Septentrionalis Circulaviarenses.

Painters here today, tomorrow and the next day, doing the living room, and the dining room (which has the stairs in it) and up the stairs to the landing. House now smells of paint. Looks good so far, however the pale green we chose for the dining room (Dulux "Light + Space" in "Nordic Spa") looks lovely in daylight but pathetic after dark with the lights on. Have now ordered some higher "temperature" LED bulbs to see if that helps.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

Will you be putting up any artwork? If you are and it's in strong colours, you may find that the pictures lift the pale green.

Plus when the furniture is back in place it'll look different again.

I’ve just eaten my third apple of the day, but even so I have to see the doctor on Monday.

Probably not serious. I’m a bit anaemic, but I have been borderline for years, as my body doesn’t absorb iron very well.

Partly due to too many apples and not enough food containing lots of iron.

LOL. You need to eat more liver! ;) Oh, and I think kale is good too. But I understand most people don't like either of those foodstuffs. :rotfl:

Hope doc can sort you out easily.

I'm not actually anaemic, but low in B12 and folate, so had to go alternate days for 2 weeks to local (to caravan in Abersoch, approx 40 mile round trip) walk in centre to have a "loading dose" of B12 injections at start of our summer holiday, plus a month (or it might have been 6 weeks) of folic acid pills. Jabs not too bad - the nurses were red hot on shooting in without me really noticing much. :) And I only forgot to take the pill about 3 times, so not too bad.

More blood tests after Xmas I think, then back to doc to get results. May have to have B12 shots every few months - apparently it's common in old people. ;) :rotfl:

As a young person I hope you won't have to go through all of that. :)

PS Lambs liver is tasty with fried onions.
