some companies respond well to e-mails, others don't, give it a week and then write to them, let us know how you get on anyway - best of luck!

osps i had similar prob of offer being changed after i placed order with recent d500 offer. But you will not be able to do anything other then return the phone at your cost of deliver.

As you probably didnt fully read the t+c you accepted on there site.
The you receive the offer they have when they connect you to network not when you order.

So you can place order today for a offer and receive a changed offer without them informing you until you receive you item.

"As prices may vary depending on precisely when your equipment is successfully connected to a network or changes in the costs of network providers, we cannot confirm the actual price until you have placed your order."

    Ordered D500 on £4.99 12 month contract.
The offer changed to to 7 months £5.99 so returned as big price difference for total year cost £60 Vs £160.

Hehe, nothing like a deal that progressively gets worse.

I ordered yesterday when it was 7 months free, but my order is still "awaiting checking", and the order status says (and always said) "3 months half price from network". Think I'll still get the 7 months free? I'm just a bit concerned by the bit in the terms and conditions that says that you will not be informed of the actual price until you receive your order.

PinkPig, you should ring up and check which offer you will be getting, if you order hasnt shipped you prob will get the lastest offer.

has anyone managed to successfully buy the k750i deal from OSPS?

can they confirm you can downgrade after six months?

anything else i should know before placing the order?

who cares if the phone branded etc when you getting it for under a ton

    thanks,

I've ordered it and you can downgrade after 6 months. The only question I have is: Will it revert to another 12 months contract when you downgrade ?

    hi Umer,

thanks for your reply. i will try my luck i suppose. i am being recommended by a friend and i will recommend someone else as i am looking to get two phones. i hope they honour this.

i just hope they can send cashback within 30 days after each claim is made.

they hopefully honour the £10 online discount and quidco works.

i am looking to place an order weds morning i will ring them to double check and get things in writing.

    thanks,

    What's quidco ?

Maybe go for the 7 but write a letter of complaint too, quoting details and giving screenshots, if you happen to have names quote those too, worth a try for the cost of a stamp. Just put things in like you're upset and feel let down and had poor customer service etc normally works.

You can't do much about it. If you read T&C they state that they can remove an offer whenever they want ! Don't waste more money in writing to them (How much is a stamp :rotfl: )
