Seller says she doent have to refund me. What should I do?

    Well, the seller now has to relist the item, and may have potentially lost a sale from a genuine buyer. They have done nothing wrong, whereas the OP had buyer's remorse after winning the item, and is entirely in the wrong.

    It's a shame that eBay don't penalise irresponsible activities like the OP's - and I say that as somebody who is purely a buyer on eBay and never a seller. Once I agree to purchase something, I honour that, even if - for whatever reason - I no longer require the item.

    The seller may have used a SCO, you don't know.

    As the buyer has said, there was more to this.

    Buyer's remorse is something you either live with or don't. If you don't then it costs you.
