Instant Access Savings Account

I recently opened an instant access saver account with Tesco. I didn't realise at the time that I would have to return a letter to them for the application to be accepted. I received a text message and called them to find out what I needed to return. I'm based in the South and don't get back to my home on a regular basis. My sister has keys and checks it but is away until after the return date for the letter. I tried to explain that I can't get a letter and was there anyother way to get the letter - no was the answer. I've requested that they close the account and return the funds.

Is anyone aware of a a savings account with instant access that could work with my circumstances? I.e. Paperless or the option to have a correspondence address.

Who is your current account with? If it's not Tesco, they may have instant access savings accounts. Many banks offer paperless if you do internet banking.
