    Am I best acknowledging the claim immediately via the Moneyclaim website or waiting to the 14th day?

    On the Prankster’s blog site (helpfully linked by beamerguy) you will find numerous blogs about how MIL have been comprehensively beaten at court, or how they pull out where a strong defence has been put together.

    All of these are essential background reading for you so you get some knowledge of things like Assignment of Debt and Champerty and Maintenance.

    We had a MIL claim post only last month - search the forum for 'MIL defence' and read 2017 examples.
