The same thing has just happened to me.
I ordered a pair of UGG trainers from what looked like a UK site calling itself taylord-gardens.
I would have ordered from a better known site but these particular trainers have been discontinued so I thought I was fortunate to find them at all.

I paid with a credit card and the name appearing on my statement is:
    RZ DOEGECH TRADE
    RIZHAOSHI
    Department Stores

This morning I received a pair of very cheap no-brand cloth shoes. I googled the address on the parcel label ( Jiang Wen, Yuneng International Digital Plaza) and that brought me here.

I've filled in a return form on the original site and sent an email to topfbshop.com which was the address that confirmed the order.

After reading the above replies I have little hope of receiving any refund but I will contact my bank and see what they advise, as well as continuing to watch this thread.

Just spoke to my bank who were quite helpful. They took all the details and told me that I would be contacted by their 'dispute team' within 7 to 10 days. Watch this space.

    UK site?

    No address,
    No phone number,
    No company number.
Goods at prices vastly cheaper than reputable businesses,
non secure (HTTPS) connection even when sending payment details
    Atrocious spelling and grammar:
Most order ship within 24 hours. After execute an order, we will send tracking number by e-mail, and providing inquiry addresses

You should really contact your bank again and report your card details as being compromised and ask for it to be cancelled and a new one sent out.

Yes I was making the purchase hastily on my phone while on a quick break at work so I didn't notice those red flags. I will take your advice and ask for a new credit card. Thanks.

I still can't understand why anyone buys from a site with no contact details, and are usually too cheap, but the biggest giveaway is often in the name.

Taylord - gardens doesn't suggest a shoe retailer to me

Not just shoes, it purported to sell all manner of clothing and accessories. The reason I was hasty was because the footwear in question had been discontinued and I thought I was lucky enough to find a pair still in stock. I was foolish not to wait until I got home and look at the site more carefully.

    But nothing garden related

Well Office doesn't sell anything office related, so all this quibbling over the name of the site is just silly and petty.

I've found what I think is another fake UK retailer site called Kiplinghouse. I think these Chinese fraudsters just use very British sounding names probably taken from addresses. The scamadvisor website is good for checking what countries sites like this are registered from.

If you think it is silly and petty you may get caught again

if you do a search on here you will find thousands of names used by these Chinese fraudsters they are not hard to find and they often use names that don't relate to the products they are selling and they Never have any contact phone numbers or contact details
