Hopefully someone can help me!
I purchased some fred perry shoes from this website 3 weeks ago -
http://www.hbng.co.uk
I havent had delivery of them yet. On the email it said that the bill was £68.64 however on my bank statement i have been charged -
£75.05 CTBILL Maxshopping
£ 2.24 International debit card transaction fee
£ 1.00 International debit card purchase fee
In the meantime I have received a delivery of a completely different pair of shoes. On the address label they have come from China.
Jiang Wen
Yuneng International Digital Plaza
Guangdong
China
Ive emailed the company but i still havent received a response.

Given the unconvincing nature of the website, I think you can safely assume you won't be receiving what you were expecting.
Sadly it looks like you paid by debit card?0 -
The domain name apparently belonged to Haslemere Business Networking Group until recently as they still have it on a linkedin page https://www.linkedin.com/company/hbng-at-haslemere-business-network-group0

Indeed!
But the worst thing is that these people seem to be making crude records of the transactions; it is possible to obtain email addresses for a large number of their "customers".
I have not been able to find OP's email address, but I'm confident that it has been freely available to the public for a limited period of time...0 -

the OP can still go to the bank and start a chargeback as enough evidence to show they have been scammed.0 -

Will the Bank agree to refund even though the website purchased from is obviously fake?
I have my doubts..0
